About Aroma yogurt:

Ramak Aroma yogurt is stirred with 5% fat. During the production process, fermentation and gel stirring are performed firstly and then it is packaged. The main process of producing stirred yogurt includes those present in yogurt production with the difference that after adding rennet, milk is kept in the tank and is not packaged. The heating process is actually done in the tank. Then the yogurt is packaged when it gets proper texture and reaches appropriate level of acidity and is finally transferred to the fridge.
