ESL or ultra-pasteurized:<\/b><\/p>\n

The ESL or ultra-pasteurized process is one of the most modern production technologies in Europe. During this process, a heat shock of 3 seconds is applied to the very fresh milk so that all the spoilage factors in the milk is eliminated, which is why the taste and quality of ESL or ultra-pasteurized milk is much better than pasteurized milks and stays fresher and tastier until the last day of consumption. Ramak has been producing the category of ESL milks in Iran since 2017, using this emerging European technology as the first holder of ESL certification in Iran.<\/p>\n
